PLANNING ADVICE - Given the escalating cost of moving home, we assist clients with a strong focus on maximising the value of their own home. With extensive knowledge of the planning process, including the potential minefield that is Listed Property, we can guide clients through the expansion and improvement of their home as well as assisting in unlocking value in any garden land with development potential.

Our experience is not just professionally based but also personal, as the directors have completed multiple projects themselves so fully understand the issues from a client perspective.

DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY - Over the last thirty years the directors have been personally involved in new-build development ranging from small scale, prime schemes right through to larger developments comprising hundreds of units. Clients have varied from small local builders to household name, national developers.

Our services can cover initial planning requirements and be extended to encompass full marketing and even staffing of an on-site sales office.
